1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Muse Pad (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App.

3. License and Restrictions

  • We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App for personal or professional music creation and performance.
  • You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or misuse the App or its content.

4. User Content

You retain rights to your projects and materials. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any third‑party content within your projects.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Trials

  • Payments are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
  • Introductory offers or trials (if available) are shown in‑app and subject to Apple’s terms.
  • Lifetime purchases unlock features for the lifetime of the App, subject to these Terms and availability.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.

6. Ableton Link, MIDI, and Connectivity

The App may interact with local networks, Bluetooth, and USB/MIDI devices. Performance and latency depend on your hardware and environment.

7. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
  • No attempts to bypass purchase mechanisms, DRM, or entitlements.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and can delete it from your device.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your region unless required otherwise by local law.
